About the Role of Residential Support Worker As a Residential Support Worker, you''ll be part of a dedicated team supporting children with a range of complex needs to build resilience, form positive relationships, and reach their full potential. Every shift is a chance to offer stability, encouragement, and positive role modelling. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, paying £13.50 per hour. Being a Residential Support Worker a rewarding but responsible role, and we welcome applications from experienced practitioners as well as those new to residential childcare who can demonstrate the right values and potential.
