      <description>Location: Uxbridge | Salary: &amp;pound;28500/annum | Type: Permanent | Support Worker (Children &amp; Young People)   Location: Uxbridge Salary: up to -28,500 per annum (DOE) Full-time | Rolling rota (includes sleep-ins)    We are recruiting  Support Workers  to join an Ofsted-registered residential home for adolescent boys with  Learning Disabilities and Emotional &amp; Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) . This role is ideal for someone with a  QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Health &amp; Social Care (Children &amp; Young People)  or equivalent, who is passionate about making a positive impact in young people's lives.     Key Responsibilities    Provide high-quality care, promoting the health, welfare, education and development of young people.  Contribute to a safe, supportive and homely environment where young people feel secure and valued.  Support daily routines, including household tasks, appointments, education, leisure activities and family contact.  Build positive relationships while maintaining clear professional boundaries.  Assist with keyworker responsibilities, contributing to care plans and progress reviews.  Apply de-escalation and behaviour management strategies when required.
