Residential Support Worker

Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day care and support to children and young people. Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and structured home environment. Build positive and trusting relationships with young people. Act as a key worker and contribute to individual care plans. Support education, independence, and personal development. Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Work collaboratively with families, social workers, schools, and other professionals. Maintain accurate records and reports. Safeguard children and young people at all times. Essential Requirements Minimum 6 months'' experience working with children or young people in a care, education, support, youth work, or similar setting. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to advocate for young people and promote their wellbeing. Professional, reliable, and committed to safeguarding.
