You''ll support individuals with day-to-day indoor and outdoor activities, help them build independence, and provide emotional and practical support during difficult moments, knowledge of administering medications. The role includes maintaining professional boundaries, safeguarding wellbeing, managing challenging and self-harming behaviours, assisting with personal care (including toileting and bathing), and accurately documenting activities, incidents, and any concerns in line with policies and guidance.About YouYou''re patient, resilient, reliable, and flexible, with strong values and a motivational approach.
