The school offers 52-week residential care for boys and girls with a diagnosis of Autism, severe learning difficulties and associated behaviours.They are seeking a number of passionate Residential Support Worker''s to offer support and encouragement to young people in a variety of settings including residential, education and off-site activities. As a Residential Support Worker, you will be required to enable their young people to develop by providing physical and emotional support. The role of a Residential Support Worker is about working as part of a team to maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of young people first. The successful Residential Support Worker must be a good role model and conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times whilst on duty or representing the school at outside events.The role is to start ASAP on a temp to perm basis paying 13.62 per hour. Starting salary is 28,329.60 (working a 52 week per year contract), rising after a successful probation.Full-time, 52 week a year contracts available, as well as term-time only working 38 weeks per year.You will be required to work 40 hours per week, working a variety of shifts including ..... full job details .....
