Overview
Residential Support Administrator — Salary: Up to £25,611 per annum. Working Pattern: Full-time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year). Location: Sparsholt Campus (Winchester). Closing Date: 28 September 2025.Responsibilities
Diary management, organising meetings, maintaining and updating databases and other systems, liaising with learners, producing correspondence, reports and other documents, and liaising closely with other college departments, staff, and external organisations.The role holder will be largely self-managed, responding to students and colleagues from across the College as well as visitors and external contacts on routine matters, ensuring a courteous and efficient response at all times.Provide support in the organisation of meetings, events, and committees, ensuring they are run efficiently with timely minutes produced and that outcomes/decisions are passed on for action.Have a flexible approach and be able to adapt quickly to new tasks and activities.Requirements
Strong customer focus with a “can-do” attitude.A good standard of education including Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above.Good organisational skills.Excellent communication skills.Competency in the use of IT systems including MS Office (Outlook/Calendar/Excel/Word).Benefits
