Site Manager - ResidentialLocation: PeterboroughWe''re currently recruiting for an experienced site Manager to join an established residential construction business, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of domestic new-build projects close to PeterboroughThis is a great opportunity for a hands-on Site Manager who takes pride in delivering high-quality homes, maintaining strong health and safety standards and keeping projects on programme.The RoleAs Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day management of residential developments, working closely with subcontractors, trades, suppliers and the wider project team.Your responsibilities will include:Managing daily site operations from start to completionCoordinating and supervising subcontractors and tradesEnsuring work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with drawings and specificationsManaging programme and build schedulesMaintaining high standards of health and safety across siteCarrying out regular quality inspectionsCoordinating materials, deliveries and labourLiaising with the Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor and wider project teamManaging snagging and ensuring homes are completed to the required standardMaintaining site records and completing relevant documentationEnsuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standardsAbout YouWe''re looking for someone with proven experience as a Site Manager within residential/domestic construction, ideally ..... full job details .....
