In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with auditors, property management teams, and various other stakeholders to deliver precise financial reporting and support our clients in achieving operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate manual balance sheets from system transactions with accuracy.Understand consolidated bank accounts to identify and locate transactions efficiently.Manage multiple residential service charge reconciliations simultaneously, tracking and reporting progress.Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks.Work effectively in a target-driven environment.Proactively resolve queries with initiative and independence.Comprehend the relationships between data fields, reporting, and financial outputs.Read and interpret lease provisions accurately.Knowledge, Experience, and SkillsMinimum of 5 years'' experience in Residential Service Charges.Experience working with external auditors ..... full job details .....
