In this role, you will be responsible for managing and reconciling service charge accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with auditors, property management teams, and various other stakeholders to deliver precise financial reporting and support our clients in achieving operational excellence. Role: Residential Service Charge Accountant Location: London - 2 days in office, 3 days WFH Start Date: ASAP End Date: Currently April 2027 (with possibility to extend) Pay framework: Umbrella Company Daily rate: £250 - £320 per day (inside IR35) Key Responsibilities Create manual balance sheets from system transactions with accuracy.
