The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission. The service provides accommodation and 24-hour personal care and support to six individuals who have additional needs relating to mental health, physical disability, autism, challenging behaviour and/or sensory impairment. The service is also registered for the treatment of disease, disorder and injury. You will work alongside the Registered Manager and Team Leader leading a highly committed team and contributing to the further development of our provision. The successful candidate will perform a key role in the day to day running of the service, will lead by example, and provide excellent support to people with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.
