      <description>Location: Wellingborough | Salary: 10000-500000 Annual | Type: Permanent | Creative Support is seeking a caring, dynamic and highly motivated individual to support the management of one of our care home provisions based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire. The service is registered with the Care Quality Commission. The service provides accommodation and 24-hour personal care and support to six individuals who have additional needs relating to mental health, physical disability, autism, challenging behaviour and/or sensory impairment. The service is also registered for the treatment of disease, disorder and injury. You will work alongside the Registered Manager and Team Leader leading a highly committed team and contributing to the further development of our provision. The successful candidate will perform a key role in the day to day running of the service, will lead by example, and provide excellent support to people with learning disabilities and additional complex needs.
