A leading regional housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Executive to join their growing team across the Midlands. With a strong pipeline of live and upcoming developments, this role offers excellent continuity and progression.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full customer journey — from initial enquiry through to handover — while contributing to sales targets and maintaining 5-star standards of presentation and service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in new homes sales
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and confident using CRM systems
  • Well-presented, proactive, and customer-focused

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Convert leads and deliver a professional sales process from reservation to exchange
  • Maintain accurate customer records and updates in CRM
  • Liaise with site teams and monitor build progress
  • Ensure marketing materials, signage, and show homes are always to the highest standard
  • Provide regular feedback to marketing and management
  • Support customers throughout the entire buying journey
