You''ll be part of a busy, proactive team handling high-quality work, with genuine liaison across clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to keep transactions moving. Key responsibilities:Open files and carry out AML compliance checksSupport exchange formalities, completion and post-completion adminPrepare reports on title, mortgages and searches (under supervision)Raise and review enquiries on title, contract packs, searches and surveys (under supervision)Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactionsDraft financial statements and invoices, and maintain internal and external systemsWhat you''ll need to succeed as a Residential Real Estate Paralegal:EssentialPrevious conveyancing support experience in a legal environmentA good understanding of the conveyancing process, from instruction through to completionPractical experience raising enquiries, reviewing replies and drafting reports (under supervision)Confidence working to deadlines, using your own initiative, and strong interpersonal skillsDesirableRelevant legal qualificationsSalary and benefitsSalary: up to £33,000, dependent on ..... full job details .....
