This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with residential experience to work across a range of new-build and refurbishment projects, from pre-construction through to final account. The Role As a Residential Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects, ensuring costs are controlled, risks are managed and projects are delivered within budget. Key responsibilities include: Managing project costs from pre-construction through to completion. Preparing and reviewing cost plans, budgets and forecasts. Preparing tender and procurement documentation. Obtaining, analysing and negotiating subcontractor and supplier quotations. Managing subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and payments.
