The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to deliver a high standard of client care while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build properties Right to Buy matters Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients. Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties. Drafting and reviewing contracts and related documentation.
