Residential Property Solicitor

Our client are a well-established and busy law firm based in East London with a strong reputation for providing exceptional legal services to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join their expanding Property Department. The Role The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. You will work in a fast-paced environment and be expected to deliver a high standard of client care while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build properties Right to Buy matters Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients. Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other third parties. Drafting and reviewing contracts and related documentation. Maintaining accurate file records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department. Requirements Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. Minimum 2 years'' PQE in residential conveyancing (although candidates with more or less experience demonstrating the required skills will be considered). Ability to manage a busy caseload independently. Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and property law. ..... full job details .....
