You will be responsible for handling approximately 25-35 new instructions per month, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions General residential conveyancing files from instruction to post-completion You will have responsibility for managing your own caseload, supported by an experienced and collaborative team.
