Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing, the successful candidate will have expertise across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including Freehold, Leasehold, Sales, Purchases, Re-mortgages, Shared Ownership Schemes, Rights to Buy, Transfer of Equity, and Lease Extensions.Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing mattersProvide high-quality legal advice, ensuring compliance with the SRA Code of ConductDeliver exceptional client care and maintain strong client relationshipsMeet agreed fee targets and demonstrate effective business development skillsMaintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments, CPD, and CQS complianceDraft legal documents with accuracy and precisionProactively manage your caseload and meet deadlines effectivelyCollaborate with the team while managing individual responsibilitiesCandidate Requirements:A minimum of 5 years PQE in Residential ConveyancingStrong IT and case management system experience (desirable)Excellent drafting, writing, and communication skillsProven ability to generate fees in line with targetsDemonstrable business development skills and marketing strategiesAbility to manage a full caseload and meet deadlinesCommitment to maintaining ..... full job details .....
