Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive Annual Salary: £45k - £58k (FTE), depending on experience Location: Tunbridge Wells Job Type: Full-time Join my clients growing Residential team. My client is seeking motivated Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives with a passion for property law and client care. Day-to-day of the role: Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions. Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions. Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues. Manage financial aspects including cash flow, quotations, and billing. Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development. Required Skills and Qualifications: 1+ years PQE in residential property law. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations. Tech-savvy with openness to learning new tools and techniques.
