Residential Property Solicitor - Hybrid working

I''m working with a growing regional law firm that''s looking to bring in a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, FCILEX or Licensed Conveyancer) to join their expanding team. The role itself You''ll be joining a busy Residential Conveyancing team, managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. The work will cover the full spectrum of residential property matters, and you''ll also: Handle files independently from start to finish Support and collaborate with other members of the team Play a role in business development and networking Build relationships with clients and introducers Contribute to the continued growth of the department It''s a well-rounded role with a mix of technical work and client-facing responsibilities.
