Founded by two experienced Solicitors this firm have a strong reputation for client care and accessibility Responsibilities: Handle a full residential conveyancing caseload This will include advising on: Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold property Remortgaging and transfer of equity Purchases of newly built property Equity Release Auction sales and purchases Lease Extensions Shared Ownership Right to Buy and similar schemes Liaise with estate agents, mortgage brokers and surveyors Maintain high standards of client care, including being accessible for face-to-face client meetings Salary and benefits Salary: Negotiable depending on experience Mainly office-based working model (rather than hybrid), supporting strong client accessibility No glass ceiling to progress to partnership and beyond.
