RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+ PQE, LIVERPOOL - Develop Your Residential Property Career with an Established Liverpool Practice An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an established law firm in Liverpool City Centre. You will work within a busy residential property department, managing a varied caseload and acting for both local and national clients. The role also offers the opportunity to develop and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the department. The Role You will handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, managing transactions from instruction through to completion, while providing a high standard of client care. Responsibilities will include: Managing your own caseload of residential property transactionsAdvising clients throughout the conveyancing processBuilding and maintaining relationships with clients and professional contactsSupporting the development of new business opportunitiesWorking collaboratively with colleagues to ensure transactions progress efficiently The Candidate Applications are welcomed from Residential Property Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years'' relevant experience.
