The role will involve dealing with a range of residential property transactions, keeping clients updated at each stage and liaising with estate agents, lenders and other third parties to ensure matters progress smoothly. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate file records, meeting deadlines and ensuring compliance with relevant professional requirements.There will also be opportunities to support junior colleagues and contribute to the continued development of the wider property team, alongside involvement in networking and business development activity.
