OVERVIEW:
- The successful candidate will have responsibilities such as:
- Managing their own work allocation, processing cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.
- Working on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.
- Handling client enquiries both face to face and remotely.
- Developing and maintaining strong professional working relationships with new and existing clients, estate agents, and lenders.
THE CANDIDATE:
- Applications are welcomed from candidates with a minimum of 2 years PQE.
- You should have strong organisational skill set, IT literacy, and experience of using web-based case management systems.
- It would also be beneficial if you are commercially astute, with an understanding of the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.
