JOB TITLE: Residential Property Solicitor
PQE: 3+ years
LOCATION: Bristol
SALARY: Dependent on experience
OVERVIEW:
• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, deeds of easement, remortgages, sales and purchases, and other residential property matters.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent client care, attention to detail and effective time management.
• Build client relationships and contribute to business development and networking activities.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years' experience managing a varied caseload. You should be confident handling transactions independently with appropriate supervision, prioritising deadlines and delivering high-quality client service. An interest in networking, business development and growing a client base is highly desirable.
