The Residential Property Solicitor role based in Worcestershire requires a qualified lawyer or legal executive with two or more years’ PQE. This full-time position within a leading regional firm offers a salary between £40,000 and £55,000, dependent on experience. The successful candidate will manage the entire conveyancing process, handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and new development work. Managing your own caseload independently is essential, as is delivering thorough client service. This role is ideal for those already living in Worcestershire or Shropshire, or those wishing to return to the region.

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 2+ YEARS PQE, Worcestershire, £(DOE) - This leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor into one of their local offices in Shropshire. You may already be based in the region, or you may originate from the area and be looking for the chance to return to the area. JOB REF: TL4805.
• Covering the whole conveyancing process from start to finish, the appointed Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will be dealing with a wide range of transactions
• The expert residential property department covers all types of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments and sales and purchases
• Ideal looking for a 2+ PQE Residential Property Solicitor dealing with their own caseload of matters on behalf of diverse client base
• You will possess excellent drafting and technical skills and have an enthusiasm for taking part in business development and networking activities
