Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer Location: South WestSalary: Dependent on experienceType: Permanent The Role An established law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its team. You will manage a varied residential property caseload independently, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build and shared ownership matters. The role wirking, marketing and business development activity. Requirements Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancer. 10+ years'' PQE or equivalent experience preferred. Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently. Strong experience with complex and high-value transactions. Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills. Strong technical, drafting and negotiation abilities. Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff desirable. Commercially aware with an interest in business development.ll also involve handling complex and high-value transactions, supporting junior team members and contributing to client development and business development activity. Key Responsibilities Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion. Handle complex and high-value transactions with minimal supervision.
