Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer

to join a supportive team at our Cotteridge office and gain hands-on experience in property transactions.What you’ll do:When you join the team with Davisons Law as a

Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer , you will manage your own case load with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions; handling sales, purchases, deeds of variation, remortgages, and transfers of equity, ensuring transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.You will have a

relevant qualification

(i.e. solicitor, CILEx, CLC)

or have experience of managing your own caseload.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong professional working relationships with clients, estate agents and lenders.Manage own work allocation must have proven track record as a Conveyancing Fee EarnerProcess cases on a timely and cost-effective basis.Strong organization skillset, It literate and experience of using case management systemsBe commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact to the practice, generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.Supporting/development assistants and paralegalsWork on freehold, leasehold, and shared ownership properties.Experience of handling client enquiries both face to face and by telephoneWhat’s in it for you:Working with Davisons Law is more than just a job.
