Residential Property Solicitor 3 5 Years'' PQE Pinner, Middlesex Salary DOE Hybrid WorkingJoin a growing residential property team and take the next step in your career.We are working with a well-established law firm that is expanding its Residential Property team and is looking for an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor with 3 5 years'' PQE to join the firm.The Role You will manage your own caseload of residential property matters, acting for clients across a range of transactions and ensuring matters are handled efficiently and accurately from instruction through to completion.Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases.Handling matters from initial instruction through to completion.Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.Ensuring files are managed accurately and in accordance with regulatory requirements.Proactively progressing transactions and meeting deadlines.Maintaining regular communication with clients, agents and other parties.Managing client expectations and resolving queries effectively.Building strong and lasting client relationships.Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm.Contributing to the continued growth and development of the residential property department.
