The Role You will be responsible for advising on a wide range of residential property transactions and related matters, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties across the UK. High-value residential property transactions, including prime London properties. Refinancing and remortgaging of individual properties and residential portfolios. Sales and purchases at auction. Leasehold enfranchisement and related matters. Licences to assign, licences for alterations, deeds of variation and other property documentation. Advising on easements, rights of light and access, tenancy agreements and management disputes.
