Residential Property ParalegalLocation: GuildfordJob Type: Full-timeSalary: £25-27,000Join one of the largest legal practices in Surrey and a leading law firm in the Southeast. We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our Residential Property department. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, focusing on delivering outstanding client service and engaging in a variety of legal tasks.Day-to-Day of the Role:Provide direct support to fee earners to enhance operational efficiency.Prepare correspondence and legal documents, possibly transcribing from digital dictation.Manage filing systems, including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files as per office procedures.Handle mail dispatch, arrange copying, and prepare conference rooms for meetings.Make appointments, arrange meetings, and maintain up-to-date diaries for fee earners.Attend to clients and agents in person and on the telephone in a professional manner.Assist with completion statements, post-exchange, and pre-completion formalities.Undertake online form filling, including SDLT forms, and submit Land Registry forms.Obtain information from local authorities and handle registration and post-completion formalities.Engage in marketing and other activities beyond normal work duties.Maintain confidentiality and operate the firm''s Case Management System effectively.
