A growing London law firm is seeking a Residential Property Paralegal to join its expanding conveyancing team.This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Paralegal looking to develop their career within a supportive and well-structured environment. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across the full conveyancing process while working closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners.You must have previous law firm experience to be considered for this role.The Residential Property Paralegal''s RoleThe successful Residential Property Paralegal will support the conveyancing team across a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:Assisting with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equityPreparing contract packs and legal documentationCarrying out searches and reviewing property informationLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitorsManaging enquiries and assisting with transaction progressionSupporting SDLT submissions and Land Registry applicationsUpdating case management systems and maintaining accurate recordsAssisting fee earners with day-to-day file management from instruction through to completion and post-completionThe Residential Property ParalegalThe successful candidate will ideally have:Previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing teamExperience working within a law firm environmentGood understanding of the residential conveyancing processStrong organisation ..... full job details .....
