The Opportunity The successful Residential Property Paralegal will support the Partners and bring prior experience in residential conveyancing. Responsibilities include:Typing dictation filesDrafting Transfers, AP1s, DS1s as and when requiredLand Registry applications and documentationObtaining company documents through Companies HouseCompleting and submitting SDLTs onlinePutting together report documentation for purchasesProcuring indemnity policy quotesDiary managementDealing with file opening and due diligence requirementsFile closures This Residential Property Paralegal opportunity is a part-time, permanent role, working 2 or 3 days per week, 9.00am - 5.30pm. Required experienceMinimum 2 years'' Residential Property Paralegal experience within a law firm (essential).
