Avocet Legal Careers has an exceptional opportunity for a Paralegal to join the Residential Conveyancing department of a well-established, reputable local law firm based in Exmouth.

This role would suit an experienced Paralegal-with specific Residential Conveyancing experience or an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to progress their career. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated candidate to join a busy team undertaking high quality Residential Conveyancing work.-

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal responsibilities:-

• Supporting the busy fee earners with their caseloads with a view to running your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters
• Dealing with work from initial instruction to completion-to include purchases, sales, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Undertaking some business development and networking opportunities

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal requirements:-

• You will be an experienced Paralegal with experience gained specifically within Residential Conveyancing or you will be an experienced Conveyancing Assistant looking to progress your career
• You will be motivated and ambitious
• You will have strong communication skills
