Opportunity: Residential Property Lawyer (3+ PQE) Location: Bournemouth or Poole (Hybrid Flexible Working) Salary: Up to £80,000 + Bonus If you''re an experienced Residential Property Lawyer who enjoys running your own caseload, looking after your clients and getting stuck into the detail of a transaction, this could be a really good next move! We''re working with a well-established regional firm with a strong presence across Dorset and Somerset. They have a sizeable and experienced team behind them, but retain a friendly, down-to-earth feel, and they''re looking for another experienced lawyer to join their Land team in Bournemouth or Poole. The Work: This is a proper fee-earning role where you''ll have ownership of your own matters from instruction through to post-completion. You''ll deal with a broad range of residential property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and wider Land transactions. There''s also scope to get involved in more specialist work including new build developments, shared ownership, lease extensions and equity release, giving you plenty of opportunity to build on your existing experience. You''ll liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, managing agents and other solicitors to keep transactions moving, managing the full journey from taking on the instruction and investigating title through to exchange, completion and post-completion.
