The Role You''ll manage a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Remortgages Transfers of equity New build transactions Leasehold matters First-time buyer transactions More complex residential property matters where appropriate You''ll work directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service. About You We''re interested in speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced Residential Property Fee Earners.
