Manage a varied conveyancing caseload from instruction to post completion Advise a full and varied range of clients This caseload will involve: sales and purchases, equity release, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions, freehold, leasehold, newbuild and affordable housing and auctions Where appropriate, manage complex cases such as creation of new easements, adverse possession, relinquishing easements or covenants Develop and maintain relationships with introducers About you: To apply for this position you don''t need to be qualified solicitors, legal executives and Licensed Conveyancers are welcome to apply as are non-qualified fee earners with relevant case handling experience You should have at least 3 years conveyancing experience from a law firm background What next?
