OVERVIEW:
• A highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive is highly sought after to join a growing and expanding residential property department in Cambridge.
• As the selected Residential Property Lawyer, you will be conducting a full and challenging caseload of residential property matters such as sales and purchases, transfer of equity, freehold and leasehold and also new builds.
• Managing an existing caseload, you will be acting on behalf of private residential clients and developers and be expected to play an active role in business development.
• You will either be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with circa 1+ years PQE in conducting your own caseload of residential property matters such as transfer of equity, sales and purchases, remortgages and both freehold and leasehold matters.
• This position would suit client focused individuals who need a new challenge within a friendly and supportive environment.
