About the Role

A Residential Property Lawyer is sought for a permanent, full-time post in Suffolk, with hybrid working offered. The successful candidate, qualified to at least five years PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, will manage a personal caseload of conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity is essential, alongside excellent client care and organisational skills. Salary is competitive and dependent upon experience. This position suits a self-sufficient practitioner keen to join a well-regarded residential property team where progression is encouraged and supported.

A highly regarded residential property team in Suffolk is keen to recruit an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer who can run their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. THE CANDIDATE:
Along with excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work to deadlines, suitable Residential Conveyancers / Fee Earners will ideally have proven technical expertise in running their own caseload of residential property matters from initial instruction through to completion. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience dealing with the full spectrum of residential property including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new build and transfer of equity. This role also offers support from assistants and the opportunity to progress your career.
