Due to continued growth within its Property department, an opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Solicitor to join the firm''s successful Sutton office. This role offers a strong referral network, an established client base, and flexible hybrid working arrangements. Day-to-day of the role: Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Advising on remortgages and transfers of equity. Dealing with new build and shared ownership transactions. Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress efficiently and proactively. Developing and maintaining strong client and referrer relationships. Supporting departmental growth and business development activities where appropriate. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
