Residential Property Conveyancer We re working with a growing property law firm in Bristol who are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join their team. This is a great opportunity to join a modern and ambitious firm with a strong team already in place. They re looking to bring in additional experience, with someone who can take ownership of their own caseload, support colleagues and become an important part of the team as the business continues to grow. What s in it for you? £50,000 £75,000 basic salary Strong bonus and earning potential Hybrid and flexible working Excellent wider benefits Supportive team environment Genuine long-term progression The Role You ll take responsibility for a varied residential property caseload, with matters including: Residential sales and purchases Freehold and leasehold property Remortgages and transfers of equity New-build and shared ownership transactions Lease extensions Managing transactions through from instruction to completion Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the team Maintaining strong relationships with clients and property professionals Opportunity to develop introducer relationships and contribute to new business About You We re looking for a qualified Residential Property Conveyancer with solid experience in residential conveyancing.
