You\''ll be responsible for running your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, with a strong focus on client care and efficiency.Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfersInvestigating titles and resolving property queriesPreparing reports on title and mortgage documentationDrafting, reviewing, and explaining contracts to clientsHandling exchanges and completionsLiaising with clients, brokers, lenders, and agentsUsing case management systems to progress files efficientlyKeeping up to date with relevant legislation and best practiceWhat we\''re looking for
