Residential Property Conveyancer

to join its busy and reputable Property team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a

Licensed Conveyancer ,

Solicitor , or

part/full qualified Legal Executive

with

2+ years’ fee-earning experience

to handle a broad residential caseload and grow within a supportive, progressive firm.The Role:You will independently manage a varied and busy residential property caseload including:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages and refinancingEquity release mortgagesTransfers of equity and ownershipLeasehold enfranchisement, extensions and right to manageResidential landlord disputesTitle investigation and property advice including rights-of-way and restrictive covenantsPrevious leasehold experience

would be beneficial but is not essential.What You’ll Need:Minimum

2 years of hands-on residential conveyancing experienceAbility to

manage a caseload independently from instruction to post-completionExcellent client care, communication and organisational skillsA

can-do, proactive approach
