As a Conveyancer, you have a mixed caseload of Freeholds and LeaseholdsManaging on a day to day basis a caseload which includes all aspects of the conveyancing transaction from instruction to completion, registration and closure of the fileDrafting legal documents including Standard Precedent Letters, Contract Packs, Title Reports, Exchange and Completion letters, general correspondence, and Land Registry and HMRC formsApplying for searches to include Land Registry and Pre-CompletionComplete SDLT formsWhat you will have

Previous experience in managing a conveyancing caseloadThorough knowledge and understanding of Residential ConveyancingKnowledge of Case Management Systems and Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and OutlookSeniorities
