The Role You''ll be the central point of contact for all maintenance-related matters, coordinating repairs, managing contractors, and ensuring issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise workloads. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and respond to maintenance requests from tenants and landlordsDiagnose issues and coordinate appropriate repairsSchedule works with in-house teams and external contractorsObtain quotes, negotiate costs, and ensure value for moneyTrack progress of jobs through to completion and follow up on outstanding worksConduct routine property inspections and identify preventative maintenance needsEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and property legislation (Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, etc.)Maintain accurate records of works, invoices, and contractor performanceHandle emergency maintenance issues and coordinate rapid responsesAbout YouPrevious experience in property management or maintenance coordinationStrong organisational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced ..... full job details .....
