You''ll play an essential role in ensuring residents are kept fully informed throughout the programme, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience while minimising disruption.If you have previous experience within social housing, planned maintenance or refurbishment projects and enjoy working with people, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the main point of contact for residents before, during and after planned works.Conduct pre-start visits to explain the programme of works, timescales and access requirements.Produce and distribute resident communications, including letters, newsletters and project updates.Respond to resident enquiries, complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.Coordinate appointments between residents and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Maintain accurate records of all resident interactions and outcomes.Identify ..... full job details .....
