This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional looking to take the next step in their career, combining portfolio management with team leadership responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties while providing day-to-day management, guidance and support to two Property Managers. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities and a customer-focused approach to ensure the highest standards of service are delivered to landlords and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 170 residential properties. Lead, support and develop a team of two Property Managers. Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring a professional and responsive service. Oversee property maintenance issues, coordinating contractors and ensuring works are completed efficiently. Conduct regular property inspections and ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation. Manage tenancy renewals, notices and end-of-tenancy processes.
