This is a rewarding role where you will help manage risk, support behaviour change, promote positive choices and contribute to safer communities. You will work closely with clients, probation teams, police, service providers and other agencies to provide structured support and interventions. Key ResponsibilitiesComplete client inductions, pre-placement meetings and prison or alternative-location visits.Act as a keyworker and deliver or co-lead one-to-one interventions, groups and meaningful activities.Support clients to develop independence, manage their behaviour and successfully reintegrate into the community.Contribute to risk assessments and risk management plans, monitoring changes in risk and compliance.Share relevant information through agreed procedures and contribute to MAPPA ..... full job details .....
