The role involves delivering high-quality customer service while ensuring all installations meet company, industry, and health and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation Duties• Install Fibre-to-the-Premises (FTTP) and associated broadband equipment in residential properties. • Route and secure internal and external fibre cabling in accordance with company standards. • Install and configure Optical Network Terminals (ONTs), routers, and customer equipment. • Complete fibre splicing, termination, and connections where required. • Conduct service activation and commissioning activities.
