Residential Experience Officer Northamptonshire Salary: £24,900 £26,400 per annumLocation: NorthamptonshireContract: PermanentHours: Monday to Friday, approximately 2pm 9pm Think FE are working with a well-established and supportive college in Northamptonshire to recruit a Residential Experience Officer to join their student support team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, building positive relationships and creating an environment where students feel safe, valued and supported. You''ll play a key role in making residential life a positive and rewarding experience, helping students develop independence, confidence and a sense of belonging. What You''ll Be Doing Creating a welcoming, inclusive and safe residential environment for students. Organising and supervising social, sporting and volunteering activities to encourage student participation and community engagement. Providing pastoral support and acting as a trusted point of contact for students with personal or welfare concerns. Promoting positive behaviour, independence and student wellbeing. Following safeguarding, health and safety and college policies to maintain a secure and respectful environment. Working closely with colleagues, parents and external agencies to ensure students receive appropriate support. What We''re Looking For Excellent communication and active listening skills.
