Responsibilities Ensure effective service levels and act as the representative towards customers, clients and developers as appropriate, ensuring all aspects of the development are fully presentable, serviced and properly maintained. Directly manage and support a team of 6 staff, including an Estate Assistant, providing leadership, guidance, training and performance management. Maintain effective working relationships with the committee of any Residents Association, RMC or RTM. Attend meetings as appropriate and identify and deliver ongoing training needs to support the team. Utilise appropriate internal and external methods and support to ensure the effective operation of the development.
